Return / Refund Policy
Every wine is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your wine is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Policy
In order to ship and track merchandise, your name and address will be made available to such companies as United Parcel Service and Federal Express. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose. A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages. Please allow from 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive.
