We produced 350 cases of our 2005 Pinot Gris. This wine is fermented in steel to seal in the fuit. With aromas of apples, herbs and a hint of minerals this wine is crisp. The fruit forward tast would lead one to think that the residual sugar was 2 or 3 percent. It is acutaly dry at less than 1%. Flavors of grapefurit, mellon and apple match a great balance of acidity. This wine is paired well with Salmon, shellfish and chicken.
